The beautiful historic community of “La Fayette Square” is a designated Historic Preservation Overlay zone (HPOZ) which protects the integrity of the neighborhood. The first home was constructed in 1912 and now the neighborhood streets are blocked off so that there is only one main entrance for cars. You enter on St. Charles Place off of Crenshaw Boulevard. The streets are wide and there is a feeling of grandeur and elegance as you drive through this private community. It’s quite a diverse Los Angeles neighborhood preserved and full of pride of ownership homes!
