Country Club Park

By | September 13, 2013

On October 20th, 2010 the Country Club Park Historic Preservation Overlay Zone (HPOZ) was established. This enabled this 105 year old community at that time to retain its character and quality of early California craftsmanship. Some of the classic architectural styles include: Spanish Colonial, Neoclassical, Streamline Moderne, Colonial Revival, Craftsman, English Tudor and Mediterranean. This is a beautiful neighborhood with the boundaries reaching from Olympic Blvd. on the North, Western Ave. on the East, Pico Blvd. on the South and Crenshaw Blvd. on the West. The Country Club Park neighborhood promotes and encourages racial and cultural diversity in Los Angeles.
